VINO SPUMANTE MILLESIMATO EX DRY "11" SAN MARTINO

The San Martino company is located in the historic Prosecco hills around Valdobbiadene and in the land near the Piave river where the typical vines of this great area rich in art, traditions and love for wine are grown.

San Martino "11" is a vintage with a sugar residue of 15-17 gr / l and is obtained from the processing of the glera using the Charmat method and the addition of yeasts. Sparkling wine with a bright straw yellow color with persistent perlage. Round taste, pleasant fresh and fragrant, the nose is intense, complex, fine, fruity.

Excellent as an aperitif or throughout a meal, to be paired with fish or cheese dishes.
