Grappa OF Amarone Barrique is the result of the distillation of pomace from the pressing of dried grapes from which the highly prized Amarone della Valpolicella wine is obtained. The skill of Bonollo master distillers allows to sculpt the particular organoleptic profile of this barricaded grappa which is characterized by an exceptional richness and aromatic vivacity, as well as a softness and balance capable of surprising and thrilling even the most demanding connoisseurs. Its complete maturity is reached with careful aging in small French oak barriques that allow for the gradual development of harmonious and delicate spicy tones and which give it the name of barrique grappa.
