Mezzodì is a fresh and vibrant wine that supports the authentic character of Sangiovese, enhancing its most typical expressions from harvest to harvest. It is the wine in which you can best appreciate the essence of each vintage of my highland Sangiovese. In the South you can find all the typical aromas of this vine: notes of crisp cherry and plum, freshly picked violets. On the palate its freshness stands out supported by a tannic texture that supports it, this double nature allows it to be combined with both simple and light dishes and more complex and intense

Vinification and Aging: Dopo la pigiatura e la diraspatura inizia la fermentazione; l’intero processo di macerazione avviene in vasche d’acciaio e dura circa 15 giorni nei quali si susseguono follature e rimontaggi giornalieri; Minimo 8 mesi in acciaio sulle proprie fecce fini e affinamento in bottiglia per almeno 3 mesi
