FALANGHINA "VILLA ADAMI" CASAL BORDINO 2023
Villa Adami offers a pure Falanghina whose vineyards are located in the coolest areas of the Casalbordino area with mainly southern exposure. Loose and fresh soils, medium-textured, basically sandy with an altitude of 100-150 meters above sea level. Espalier training system, with a density of 3800 pints / ha and production of 12 tons / ha In the first week of October the harvest is carried out upon reaching full technological maturity, with manual harvesting.
The vinification takes place initially with the destemming of the grapes and with the contact of the skins with the must for 10 hours at a temperature of 8 ° C. The must is separated from the skins and transferred to a steel tank for alcoholic fermentation at a temperature of 18 °. C. Refines 4 months in steel tanks of which one month in contact with the fine lees and in the bottle for about 10 days.
It has a pale straw yellow color with greenish reflections; the nose is very intense and characteristic, fine with floral sensations and fresh citrus notes. On the palate it is harmonious, fresh, savory, soft with good body and persistence.
