The white manero is a fresh and pleasant wine for any occasion, this wine is straw yellow in color with greenish reflections. A delicate fruity aroma with notes of golden apple, white plum and green banana. It should be served at 10 ° C in medium-sized wine glasses, with fish appetizers, first courses with seafood, grilled or steamed white fish.

The vinification begins with the grapes that are pressed in a very soft way; fermentation at a temperature of 14 ° -16 ° C; at the end of the alcoholic fermentation, the wine continues its refinement on its fine lees and undergoes continuous pumping over for a period of 3 months.
