LIQUORE "GALLIANO" CL 50
It was born in 1896 in Livorno from the infusion of different herbs and spices including anise, licorice and vanilla. The production process of the Galliano is very laborious because seven infusions and six distillations are required.
The result of this process is a liqueur where anise is the undisputed protagonist. Aromatic and vanilla expresses freshness at the first sip, and then closes in a long and deep finish.
It can be used in various ways, drunk as a digestive or added to other ingredients to create imaginative drinks, it is also excellent if used in pastry.
