PINOT NERO "MARJUN" TRAMIN 2018
The "Marjon" is a Pinot Noir Riserva which, in the glass, takes on a very bright ruby red hue, distinguished by light garnet veins on the nail. The nose is fascinating, where notes of small red fruit intersect with more spicy touches and interesting nuances of Mediterranean herbs. On the palate it is subtle in body, with a refreshing and solid sip, which in fact continues on the finish with a nice persistence. Tramin, a leading production company in South Tyrol, gives us an elegant bottle, which goes well with second courses of meat, both white and red, and with recipes based on game.
