VESPA BIANCO BASTIANICH 2018
Vespa Bianco is certainly the flagship wine of the Bastianich winery, the flagship of a very young winery, born only in 1998, but which immediately managed to establish itself in the varied Friulian wine scene thanks to its canons of quality and innovation . The Vespa Bianco was created precisely to highlight the power and evolution of a Friulian white wine, with an absolutely out of the ordinary complexity and longevity.
Absorb the history and culture of the area by creating unique wines capable of narrating the territory and being able to distinguish themselves for structure and balance: the philosophy of the Bastianich winery is very clear and can also be found in its Vespa Bianco.
Chardonnay, Sauvignon and Picolit, the Vespa Bianco manages to give complex nuances of fruit, supported by a mineral vein that gives the wine continuity on the palate and a persistent aftertaste; in the glass the nuances of ripe pear alternate with clover and honey, offering a really important softness and persuasion. Citrus fruits combine with mineral notes and the tannic structure on the finish makes it of immediate impact and gives it great longevity
