DELIRIUM "NOCTURNUM" CL75

Strong Ale style dark beer with an important alcohol content. Compared to her blonde sister, she has a tougher temper with a strong taste. She has a caramelized scent, with hints of licorice, coriander and coffee.
On the palate she initially finds an excellent balance between alcohol and softness. She follows a growing bitterness, partly from hops, but also from roasted malt and chocolate malt. The finish is incredibly balanced between acidity, sweetness and bitterness.
