AMARO "BRAULIO" CL 100
The legendary bitter with the magical taste of an ancient recipe unchanged since 1875.
Composed of some herbs including yarrow, absinthe, gentian and juniper, Bràulio ages in Slavonian oak barrels. The slow maturation together with the alcohol content of 21 ° and the naturalness of its formulation, create in Bràulio a balance of flavors and an incomparable aromatic bouquet.
The story of Bràulio begins in the nineteenth century in the pharmacy of Dr. Giuseppe Peloni, a great connoisseur of plants and aromatic herbs.
His son Francesco, himself a pharmacist, soon inherited the same passion by experimenting with numerous infusions and drinks.
Thus it was that one day he created Amaro Bràulio, without ever revealing how many and which herbs he had used except to his own son Attilio, who in 1936 published a precious booklet with the emblematic title "In herbis salus", only partially revealing the recipe of the bitter.
Unique and unmistakable, at the end of a meal it will be great for cheering the company of your closest friends.
