GIN "SABATINI" LONDON DRY CL 70
The best Juniper, used for the production of many high quality Gins, comes from Tuscany, and this is what is used for the production of Sabatini gin. The Sabatini gin comes from an ancient Tuscan family tradition, the Sabatini family, near Cortona, in the province of Arezzo.
There are 9 botanicals of strictly Tuscan origin present in this formidable gin: juniper, coriander, Florentine iris, wild fennel, lavender, olive leaves, thyme, lemon verbena and sage.
All these botanicals can be found both in taste and smell, and are mostly made up of plants collected in the Sabatini properties in Teccognano while the juniper, renowned for its excellent quality, is harvested in different areas of the region.
The taste is full but not intrusive, with a magnificently balanced presence between juniper, wild fennel, lemon verbena and thyme. The finish is persistent and soft.
