All the ingredients that go into the composition of GENEROUS gin are natural: juniper, citrus fruits, mandarin, chilli pepper, jasmine and elderflower.
This naturalness is clearly perceived when tasted: the style is clean, the flavors are precise and well harmonized.
The nose is fine and floral, the dominant note is certainly juniper, softened by elderberry and jasmine flowers.
The taste opens with citrus and spices that highlight the freshness of the juniper, with sweet floral notes and traces of jasmine.
The finish is persistent and closes with notes of red pepper, citrus and juniper.
