GRAPPA DI SASSICAIA TENUTA SAN GUIDO CL 50
Sassicaia wine is considered one of the best wines in the world. In 1993 a collaboration began between the Incisa della Rocchetta family and Jacopo Poli, a collaboration that gave life to a great grappa, which contained the spirit of a great wine. Thus was born the Grappa di Sassicaia, patiently kept for many years in the underground cellars of the Poli Distilleries in oak barriques in which the Sassicaia wine was aged.
The production method of this excellence involves the artisanal distillation with copper alembic with steam boilers; the result is a grappa with a complex and aristocratic aroma, with flavors of toasted hazelnuts, peanuts and dark chocolate.
