The basic structure is that of the original recipe invented by Antonio Benedetto Carpano.
It can be defined as the classic Italian Vermouth, with the Carpano character that emerges in cocktails: decisive, with citrus hints and persistent on the palate.
The spicy and citrus notes harmonize with each other and, complementing the aromas deriving from absinthe, make the classic Vermouth balanced and soft, one of a kind. The color is given by the burnt sugar, which also gives an important aromatic note to the product.
