Dark, red and amber beers

Mahogany color, plenty of foam but not persistent.Has banana and dried fruit notes. Hopped and a bit smoked final.

Dark brown with full white head. Roasted malt, raisin, brown sugar, cocoa, apricot. Bitter and malty. A bit alcoholic. Full body, creamy texture, soft carbonated.

So alcoholic, blonde, high fermentation are the three conditions to arrive at a tripel.
