Vinification and Aging: The grapes are fermented in stainless steel containers at a controlled temperature of 25-28 degrees.
The maceration on the skins instead varies from 18 to 24 days.
The wine is then aged for 30 months in medium-sized barrels and tonneaux and then concludes the refinement in the bottle for approximately 12 months.
Perfect to drink with: Gravy, meat and sauces.
