TOKAJI "TINON" 5 PUTTONYOS CL 50
Tokaj is born in vineyards located in the renowned region of Tokaji, in Hungary.
It is mainly produced with Furmint grapes and Harslevelu grapes,
once the bunches have been attacked by the noble rot Botrytis cinerea. The grapes are left to macerate in a dry wine for 30 days, after which the fermentation takes place in barrels for 2 years, in constant contact with oxygen, until bottling.
To the eye it appears of an intense gold color, oriented towards amber, to the nose it is fruity, with notes of lemon and candied fruit, tobacco, mint and pepper. On the palate it is very intense, persistent, full-bodied and elegant.
