The Letrari Company, a family that has roots in the history of Trentino wine itself. Active as early as 1647 in Borghetto d'Avio, on the banks of the Adige, first as river raftsmen, then traders and shrewd agricultural innovators. With Leonello Letrari immediately on the wine scene of good drinking. Thanks to him if in the immediate post-war period the wines of the Dolomites acquire character and prestige beyond the regional borders. It is always he who 'creates' the first blends and in the 1960s he begins to develop fine sparkling wines. To then found in 1976 - together with his wife Maria Vittoria - the current family business. The Trento Spumante Brut from the Letrari winery is a fresh and elegant Classic Method, which perfectly expresses the character and style of this famous reality of Trentino sparkling wine. It is the entry label into the world of Letrari, characterized by a simple, pleasant and immediate profile, made with an assembly of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir and an elaboration process that involves a period of aging on the lees of 24 months.

It has a light straw yellow color with golden reflections, bright and brilliant; persistent and ample foam, continuous and fine perlage.
On the nose it has a good and fine intensity, light hints of apple, pineapple and bread crust. The taste is broad, clear, lively, with pleasant fruity notes that recall the olfactory sensations, harmonious, full-bodied and persistent. Its citrusy freshness, its delicately fruity aroma and its lively expressive freshness make the label particularly suitable to be tasted at the time of an aperitif.
