CHAMPAGNE BRUT SPECIAL CUVE'E BOLLINGER
Champagne Brut Special Cuvée is the emblem and symbol of the great Bollinger maison, an absolute glory of Champagne. The first Special Cuvée was produced in 1911 at the suggestion of an English agent of the Bollinger family and has never stopped being produced ever since, becoming the great representative of the entire line. And it is precisely the long tradition combined with modernization, great passion and the great potential of the French terroir to create an exclusive recipe that has been handed down from years to years, over generations and generations, and which gives rise to unique bottles and reference models for all. the bubbles of the world.
The Special Cuvée Champagne Brut is the result of a delicate blend of a small percentage of freshly harvested grapes and reserve wines, among which those aged in the bottle for more than 15 years in the cellar stand out. These are the characteristics that make the cuvée "special", together with the raw materials that require the use of all three characteristic Champagne vines grown in the most prestigious crus. A refinement in the cellar that double the minimum required by the denomination completes the production process and gives unique and inimitable characteristics.
The glass lights up with a beautiful golden color, animated by very fine bubbles. The view gives way to its enchanting charm, followed by the sense of smell: hints of ripe fruit, spices and candied apples set up an aromatic atmosphere full of details. Finally, it is up to the taste to benefit from this extraordinary wonder: it envelops the palate with a creamy and velvety touch, revealing a great balance between structure, power and liveliness. Awakened from their original contexts, the fruity aromas of fresh pear and walnut and slightly spicy spices meet and take part in the great magic of this extraordinary bubble.
