FRANCIACORTA BRUT JEROBOAM FERGHETTINA 2015

Franciacorta Brut represents the soul of the company, it is the wine that has always been produced. For its production we assemble wines from 55 different plots located in 11 municipalities of Franciacorta.

Whole cluster grapes are pressed with a pneumatic press at very delicate pressures. During the vinification the musts are separated into two fractions: must, which has the best qualitative characteristics and which is used for the production of Franciacorta and second pressing must that is not intended for bottling. Alcoholic fermentation is carried out in steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 16 and 18 ° C. The base wine rests in the tank until the spring following the harvest.

It has a straw yellow color, fine and persistent perlage. The olfactory spectrum traces a crunchy profile, where fruity notes alternate with floral aromas, enriched by sensations of yeast and pastry. In the mouth it has notes ranging from hazelnut to fragrances of sweet fruits and white flowers. Very persistent and fresh.
