FRANCIACORTA SATEN 2018 MONZIO COMPAGNONI

A fine and elegant Franciacorta.
Of a very intense golden yellow color, the nose begins with notes of vanilla, biscuit, licorice and anise.
On the palate, in addition to the hints already known to the nose, it is expressed in all its richness and fullness, with a perfect balance between sweet notes of ripe fruit and acidity.

Vinification and Aging: The composition of the cuvee, made with grapes selected from dedicated vineyards (cru), is completed with 10% of wine aged in barriques and a smaller quantity of sugar equal to 20 grams per litre. The refermentation thus develops a lower pressure and the wine is left with a creamier carbonation. Also in this case the wine, after disgorgement and aging, remains for six months in the cellar before facing the market
