FRANCIACORTA SATEN MOSNEL 2018
Only the Chardonnay grapes that reach the perfect balance between maturity and acidity, after at least 30 months in the silence of our seventeenth-century cellars, become Satén vintage.
An elegant Franciacorta with a stylistic code of great richness and refinement. In the shiny gold chalice, a creamy and dense perlage that anticipates a satisfying and persistent sip. The aromatic profile is intense and enveloping, with notes of jasmine and wisteria, freshness of white mulberries and peach pulp, nuances of vanilla and almond paste. The sip is full and fragrant, with the accord between full-bodied richness and a lively savory vein, which makes the fresh harmonies of the nuances of dried fruit persistent.
