From the sunny slopes of the Treviso hills a fresh and lively Prosecco Frizzante. Moderate alcohol content. Due to its simple and pleasantly rustic taste it is ideal for daily consumption.

The vinification takes place in white by soft pressing; primary fermentation at controlled temperature with selected yeasts. Then follows a second fermentation for 10-15 days and refinement for 1-2 months. At sight it has a straw yellow color with a fine and persistent perlage; it shows a straw yellow color with some greenish reflections. Intense aromas of crunchy fruit and fresh fruit appear on the nose, including apple, pear and citrus, floral notes of white flowers and bread crust. In the mouth it is fresh, lean and vertical, with a very pleasant drink and light hints of yeast at the end. It is truly a sincere, immediate and generous expression, an authentic expression of the Prosecco tradition.
It should be served fresh and drunk young, at the bar with friends or during meals combined with typical foods and without too many pretensions of our tradition. The flexibility and non-trivial simplicity are undoubtedly its great strengths.
