PROSECCO TREVISO EXTRA DRY "MIOL" BORTOLOMIOL

Using the grapes that come from the most ancient areas of Prosecco DOC, which surround the walled city of Treviso, within its rusticity, we find all the pleasantness of the Glera grape.
The vinification takes place in white by soft pressing; primary fermentation at controlled temperature with selected yeasts. Then follows a second fermentation for 10-20 days and refinement from 1 to 2 months.
At sight it has a bright straw yellow color, with a fine and persistent perlage. The nose is dominated by light fruity and floral scents. On the palate it is lively, smooth, well balanced in every component.
