PROSECCO TREVISO PINOT NERO BRUT ROSATO SAN MARTINO

The San Martino company is located in the historic Prosecco hills around Valdobbiadene and in the land near the Piave river we cultivate the typical vines of this great area rich in art, traditions and love for wine.

Our Pinot Nero Rosato is obtained from a careful selection of Pinot Noir grapes vinified in rosé; the grapes are subjected to cold cryomaceration and after a few hours the skins are separated from the must in order to obtain the classic pale pink color.
Sparkling with the Charmat method and the addition of selected yeasts, the nose releases a fragrant and fresh bouquet with hints of flowers and fresh fruit. With a balanced aftertaste due to the particular structure of the grapes, it goes very well with first courses, fish dishes and cheeses in general.
