The Ferrari myth was born from a man, Giulio Ferrari, and from his dream of creating in Trentino a wine capable of comparing itself with the best French Champagnes. He is a pioneer: it is he who first perceives the extraordinary vocation of his land, he who first spreads Chardonnay in Italy. He begins to produce a few carefully selected bottles, with an obsessive cult for quality. Among the many suitors for the succession he chooses Bruno Lunelli, owner of a wine shop in Trento. Thanks to passion and entrepreneurial talent, Bruno Lunelli manages to increase production without ever compromising on quality.

The challenge of Pinot Noir in purity for the first and only Blanc de Noirs by Casa Ferrari: a vintage fruit of forty years of research, created with grapes selected in the best owned vineyards, on the slopes of the Trentino mountains. Extraordinarily different and proudly unique.

It has a light color with golden reflections, with a perlage of rare finesse. The nose is spectacular olfactory complexity rich in tropical sensations, ranging from fruity to mineral, to roasted, with intriguing notes of peanut butter. Sumptuous in taste, framed by a sharp flavor and citrus freshness. The sip is full and soft. Persistent and exquisitely almondy, for an enveloping and majestic finish.
