VALDOBBIADENE BORTOLOMIOL "GRAN CUVEE DEL FONDATORE"

The entire sparkling wine experience of Cantine Bortolomiol has been put in place for this further challenge to continue the exploits of Giuliano Bortolomiol, skilled sparkling winemaker and great experimenter, always looking for new ways in the name of high quality. To him, the first to obtain a Brut from Prosecco, this Grande Cuvèe is dedicated, a Rive produced exclusively with grapes from the vineyard of San Pietro di Barbozza, Millesimato to best represent the peculiar characteristics of each vintage and Brut Nature or a dosage zero. Features that inspired the colors of the new packaging, the dark brown of the earth and the light blue of the sky.

The flowery nose highlights an austere and non-explosive character which is a prelude to a dry, vibrant and good texture impact on the palate. Here you can dare to combine it: in addition to classic seafood and crustaceans, the good structure leaves room for combinations with fatty fish, such as turbot, and white meats, such as the exuberant suckling pig interpreted with delicacy.
