VINO SPUMANTE ROSATO BRUT SASSO DI SOLE

The Sasso di sole rosé sparkling wine represents the encounter between tradition and the continuous search for innovation of the Terzuoli family, which has given rise to a fascinating, delicate and extraordinarily elegant Brut. The harvest begins in September; the vinification is obtained from the must which is left to macerate for a few hours with the skins. Fermentation continues for another 15 days with indigenous yeasts. The wine is then transferred to an autoclave for a period of 120 days, where the second fermentation takes place.

It has a bright cherry pink color and the delicacy of the fine and very persistent perlage stands out. The nose is an explosion of fragrant fruit and fresh flowers with hints of cherry, strawberry, lichen and blueberry that intoxicate and seduce. On the palate it is sweet, light, fresh, savory, full-bodied, balanced, intense, very persistent, fine.

A wine that goes very well with an aperitif in the company of friends.
