It has an intense, fruity aroma with vegetal notes of blackberry and Mediterranean scrub.
Full and rounded flavor with intense but soft and velvety tannins.

Vinification and Aging: The grapes are macerated for approximately 15 days.
They are left to ferment in stainless steel thanks to a controlled temperature fermentation.
Finally, the refinement takes place first in French oak barrels and then in the bottle.
Perfect to drink with: Red meats, game and flavored cheeses.
