"RUNGG" TRAMIN 2018

The "Rungg" is a mountain red wine from Alto Adige obtained from the union of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. The aromatic complement of small red fruits and forest spices and the rich, savory and intense taste make it a perfect companion to accompany aged cheeses and meat stews. The grapes for this wine come from the particularly sunny vineyards located on the southern side of the village of Termeno. The hill is located at about 300 m above sea level. The ground consists of limestone and clay gravel. Strong temperature range with hot days influenced by the Mediterranean climate and cold nights with very cool winds coming from the mountains.
