The Massara vineyard was purchased in 1910 by Cavalier G.B. Burlotto directly from the House of Savoy. The vineyard, in one of the areas with a high viticultural vocation of Verduno, is located at 265 m.s.l.m. on an area of 1.22 hectares entirely planted with Nebbiolo. The soil made up of white earth with a prevalent calcareous-clayey composition, the happy East-South-East exposure and a scrupulous selection of the grapes allow to obtain a wine capable of surprising for longevity and power

Vinification and Aging: The harvest, carried out by hand, depositing only the best bunches in small perforated boxes, took place on 6 October 2009.
