BAROLO CLASSICO ODDERO 2019
"For me, Barolo is Beethoven's ninth symphony." Words by Giacomo Oddero, which contain all the powerful expressiveness of a place that has almost magical features. We are in Langa, more precisely in La Morra. Here the Oddero family produces wines from single crus, capable of expressing the characteristics of a specific terroir, but also a Barolo from the blending of different subzones. The latter represents the soul of the territory: an expression that embodies its essence because it is capable of showing a superabundant character of facets. Barolo di Oddero is a full-bodied and intense red wine, aged for 36 months in oak barrels. With a bright garnet red color, the nose is intense, ethereal, with notes of cinchona, pepper and sweet spices. The taste is dry, full, persistent, with noble tannins
