From the vineyards of the Pèppoli estate, a Chianti Classico is born from Sangiovese grapes combined with complementary varieties, designed to be appreciated in the full expression of the fruit. A wine capable of representing the Chianti Classico area and its historical variety through its typical floral and fruity aromas. Ruby red in color with violet reflections, intense fruity notes of cherry and currant stand out on the nose, which blend well with the floral notes of violet, typical of Sangiovese; the slight smoky note given by the aging in wood is very delicate and well integrated. On the palate it is very savory, with a good acidic vein and soft and silky tannins
