Wine that comes from a selection of grapes from the best Sangiovese vineyards grown on tuff, clayey, calcareous and marly soil at 300 meters above sea level.
A complex and full-bodied red wine with notes of menthol, laurel, black cherry, plums and currants.
The tannins are compact and velvety. Despite the

Vinification and Aging: The grapes are harvested manually, the alcoholic fermentation takes place in small conical wooden containers, whose lids are turned upside down and where the fermentation of the must takes longer. Malolactic fermentation takes place in 40 hl oak barrels, where the wine continues to mature for at least another 18 months. The refinement takes place in the bottle for at least another 12 months.
Perfect to drink with: Game dishes, grilled meat, mushroom dishes, dishes with truffles and seasoned mountain cheeses.
