Montecucco "Le Querciole" is an intense ruby ​​red wine, almost impenetrable. The shades tend towards garnet. Ripe red fruits, cherry, blackberry, plum emerge on the nose. Then balsamic hints that give way to clear spicy sallies with black pepper. In the mouth it is full and dry. There is a discreet tannin to introduce an intense fruitiness. There is no lack of mineral references with a rather long and persistent finish. To be paired with first courses with structured sauces and second courses with meat.
