The wines of Poliziano recall the historical tradition of the territory but are able to speak to the world. Theirs is a long story: born at the end of the sixties, they have refined and evolved, always pursuing the goal of uncompromising quality. Each wine comes mainly from Sangiovese grapes, called in the area with the historic name of Prugnolo Gentile. After years of incessant experimentation, the "Asinone" Vineyard has been identified as the best quality potential of our grapes. The Nobile "Asinone" represents the highest expression of Poliziano's production and the most complete synthesis between tradition, territory and oenological innovation. Obtained from Sangiovese grapes, it expresses a recognizable style and a defined character, but able to confront the trends of international taste
