VALPOLICELLA CLASSICO SUP. "SANT'URBANO" SPERI 2019
It is one of the most significant Valpolicella Superiore in the area and is obtained from the grapes of the Monte Sant’Urbano vineyard. After careful selection, the grapes are dried for about 20-25 days, giving concentration, richness in aromas and softness, which find the perfect balance after about two years of aging. It is a wine that is striking for its remarkable elegance and complexity.
