VALPOLICELLA CLASSICO SUPERIORE RIPASSO SPERI 2020
Produced with the ripasso technique deliberately applied in a more restrictive way than the production disciplinary, it is obtained by passing the Valpolicella Classico on the Amarone marcs only once. The result is an authentic local wine that elegantly displays a beautiful complexity of fruity aromas and spicy tones well supported by good acidity and the right alcohol content. Speri's Valpolicella Ripasso Classico Superiore is a local Venetian red, which shows itself with the complex elegance of a range of fruity and spicy aromas masterfully supported by the balance between freshness and alcohol level. A blend that comes from the beating heart of Valpolicella, and which starts from here to win the favor of Italian and American critics. An interesting label for the price, which at the table proves versatile with different gastronomic combinations
