Definitely aromatic and floral wine with citrus notes. The sip is decisive and elegant. intense notes of muscat on the finish.

Vinification and aging: The grapes from each vineyard are harvested separately and immediately cooled to 8°C, before being cold processed in order to preserve all the varietal scents. The micro-vinifications of the grapes take place separately in steel. Once the alcoholic fermentation is finished, the masses of the two varieties are combined and then followed by a period of refinement, again in steel, of approximately nine months in which the batonnages are carried out on a weekly basis. To achieve optimal refinement of the wine, at least another five months of rest in the bottle at controlled temperature and humidity and in the absence of light are needed.
