CHARD'O IGT TOSCANA BIANCO LA NASCOSTA 2020

Bianco IGT Toscana produced in the heart of the Val d'Orcia, on the palate it expresses itself with calcareous and mineral notes, coming from clayey soils with sediments of marine and volcanic origin.
it is characterized by notes of tropical fruit and a savory and long persistence.

Vinification and Aging: Fermentation takes place partly in steel vats and partly in 500 liter French oak tonneaux. Only the part vinified in tonneau also undergoes malolactic fermentation. Aging takes place on the thick lees, with initially daily and then weekly batonnages, for about three months. The wine then matures for another five months, always in tonneaux.
After the nine months of aging in wood and steel, at least another six months of aging in the bottle at controlled temperature and humidity, in the absence of light, follow.
