PINOT GRIGIO "VILLA ADAMI" CASAL BORDINO 2022

The vineyards of this pinot grigio are located in the cooler areas of the Casalbordino area with mainly northern exposure. They are medium-textured soils, generally clayey with an altitude of 100-150 meters above sea level. The harvest takes place in the third week of August, upon reaching full technological maturity, with manual harvesting in the coolest hours of the day.

The vinification begins with the crushing and soft pressing of the grapes, clarification of the must by decantation and transfer of the clear must into a steel tank for alcoholic fermentation at a temperature of 18 ° C. Aging 4 months in steel tanks of which one month at contact with the fine lees, refining in the bottle for about 10 days before being released for consumption.

It has a bright straw yellow color with coppery reflections. Delicate, fine, pleasantly fruity nose with hints of apple and yellow fruits. The sip is fresh, savory, harmonious, soft with good body and persistence.
