MACCHIALUNA IGT TOSCANA BIANCO LA NASCOSTA 2021

Toscana IGT produced from two small vineyards that rise on a clayey soil rich in sediments of marine and volcanic origin linked to the activity of Monte Amiata.
Interesting and elegant wine, for those who like to try the characteristic products of the Val d'Orcia.

Vinification and Aging: The grapes are selected and harvested manually with a careful selection in the field. The freshly picked grapes in baskets are cooled in the cell up to 6 degrees.
This is followed by a second selection and, depending on the vintage, a cold maceration which can vary from 6 to 12 hours. After the maceration, the vinification operations are carried out in steel vats at a controlled temperature. After the vinification phases, it is aged in steel for about 8-10 months and another 8-12 months in the bottle.
