"PETIT MANSENG" FRANZ HAAS 2020
The Petit Manseng by Franz Haas It is particularly aromatic with a straw yellow color. The scent is very intense and fruity (dried fruit) with mineral notes, while on the palate it is sapid, with good acidity and structure. It grows on alluvial soils, in the low hills between 220 and 320 meters and is cultivated on Guyot systems. The bunch is very sparse, with particularly small berries and thick skin. Fermentation takes place in barrique where it lies for about ten months and then is bottled to rest for several months.Served cold at a temperature of twelve degrees it is very appealing and goes particularly well with Asian cuisine, Thai soups, fish, pasta with bottarga or you can simply enjoy it as an aperitif
