LUGANA CA' LOJERA 2021

This Lugana Ca 'Lojera originates from the Trebbiano di Lugana grapes, locally called with the name "Turbiana". The vines grow in the vineyards that surround the renowned town of Sirmione, characterized by a subsoil composed mainly of white clays. The grapes selected following the destemming operations start the pressing phase; the must thus obtained ferments in stainless steel containers at a controlled temperature. The wine then remains for a few months to stabilize in steel, until it is ready to be bottled and placed on the market. It announces itself to the eye with a straw yellow color, characterized by some slight reflections more tending to greenish. The set of aromas that spread to the nose are interesting, traced on touches of fruit - even with exotic nuances - and a mentholated reference, from which very slight floral puffs emerge. In the mouth it is light-bodied, with a clear savory sip, also enhanced by a fresh dimension that involves the entire drink in its development. A classic and traditional Lugana, which faithfully interprets the vineyards overlooking Lake Garda with peaceful tranquility
