The Muller-Thurgau from the Novacella Abbey is a typical Alto Adige white, which best expresses the fresh profile of mountain wines. It is ideal to be tasted at the time of an aperitif or to accompany appetizers or seafood first courses. In the glass it shows a straw yellow color with bright greenish reflections. The nose offers delicate floral aromas of orange blossom and jasmine, fragrant aromas of citrus fruits, lemon peel, aromas of pear, peach, white pulp fruit, hints of tropical fruit, subtle nuances of nutmeg and soft spices. On the palate it expresses a rich and creamy fruit, with a pleasant aromatic trail, which accompanies towards a harmonious, fresh and savory finish. It is one of the symbolic labels of the Novacella Abbey. It is part of the collection of Classic wines, characterized by a fresh and immediate profile, which aims to enhance and highlight the varietal character of the grapes. The Muller-Thurgau grape has settled very well in the Alpine area of ​​the Valle Isarco.
