RIESLING KOFERERHOF 2019

Kofererhof Riesling is made from 100% Riesling Renano grapes from vineyards located about 700 meters above sea level. The high altitude, together with the extremely poor and rocky composition of the soil, allows a very slow and qualitative sugar and aromatic concentration. It is a fresh and mineral white, an excellent oenological example of the South Tyrolean terroir. A bottle produced inside one of the oldest farms in the Province of Bolzano, in a mountain viticultural context where the pedoclimatic conditions give life to extremely elegant and fine wines. A clear interpretation of the white grape variety typical of this area of ​​South Tyrol, worked with artisanal methods by a small family-run winery in the Isarco Valley. The special vinification reserved for this Kofererhof label allows to give a broad and complex structure to the finished product. The wine resulting from the late harvest enriches the body in terms of structure and softness and gives it a golden yellow color, tending to amber. The aromas are intense, of white flowers, honey and mango. Very fine mineral notes emerge on the nose, and are also found in the mouth, where the flavor and freshness typical of this grape are in perfect balance with its sweet and round nature. Excellent to drink immediately, if stored in the cellar for a few years it shows great longevity
