SOAVE CLASSICO PIEROPAN 2021

Pieropan's Soave is the fresher and younger expression of the Soave Classico that the Pieropan family has been offering on the market since the early twentieth century. Generous wine, pleasant for its freshness and versatility, it comes exclusively from its own vineyards, located in the classic Soave area, and from traditional vines Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave. This Soave Classico by Pieropan presents itself to the eye with a straw yellow color, crossed by light greenish reflections. The aromas that envelop the nose are decisive, and are structured on well-defined floral notes. On the palate it is slender, light-bodied, with a fully satisfying sip that has excellent flavor; ends with a finish characterized by a slight almond aftertaste. It is a bottle with which the Pieropan winery expresses the youngest and most dynamic traits of one of the most important DOCs in the whole of Veneto
